While The Mall at Barnes Crossing is not currently structured for a pet friendly facility, we observe Mississippi state laws concerning service animals.
How do I contact Security?
Does The Mall at Barnes Crossing offer safety escorts?
Yes, please reach out to security if you feel you are in need of an escort for any reason.
Does The Mall at Barnes Crossing offer medical assistance?
In case of an emergency, there are AED Machines located on either end of the mall. Our security officers are also required to be trained on CPR in the event of medical emergencies.
Is there a lost and found?
Yes, in the Security Office which is located down a hallway just off Center Court.
Can I purchase gift cards?
No, The Mall at Barnes Crossing does not offer mall gift cards. However, the majority of our retailers offer in store gift cards that can be used at our location.
For information about the old gift card program, please reach out at 1-888-846-4308 as we are no longer affiliated with any gift card programming.
How do I contact customer service or mall management?
Where is the mall management office?
Located down a hallway just off of Center Court.

Do you have Wifi?
We no longer have the free wifi. Unless this has been added back and I didn’t realize it.
Is there a movie theatre?
Yes, Cinemark Movies 8.
Are strollers or wheelchairs available?
Yes, strollers are available for rent at the north end of the mall near the Children’s Play Area/Dick’s Sporting Goods, and free wheelchairs are available at the security office.
Do you allow mall walkers?
Yes, Mall doors open at 7am.
Is there a play area for kids?
Yes, the Children’s Play Area is on the north end of the mall located near Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Are there children’s activities?
We have the Play Area, At The Pier Arcade, Build A Bear, Animal Rides and our signature Carousel.
Are there restrooms?
The middle of the mall in the food court.
Where are the general sitting areas at The Mall at Barnes Crossing?
In the Belk wing and near Barnes and Noble

Youth under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult Friday and Saturday evenings after 7PM.

Per city ordinance smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of any main building entrance.
